If for any reason the item(s) in which you have purchased are damaged or unsuitable prior use, you can issue a request to return these items within a 30 day period.

where we will ask you for proof of purchase, photos of damages and a detail of your reason for returning said items. 

Once the item(s) are confirmed to be returned we will ask you to  return them via the Studio we will reimburse your purchase.

Once you have purchased your items we will send you a confirmation of your order and a collection time.
